12. EXECUTIVE SESSION: A. Personnel Matters – Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551-074, deliberations regarding the appointment, employment or confirmation of a public officer or employee. The subject of this executive session is to deliberate appointment of Municipal Court Judge. B. Consultation with Legal Counsel for City – Deliberation regarding attorney’s advice concerning pending or contemplated litigation or a settlement offer pursuant to Government Code Section 551.071. The subject of the consultation is anticipated litigation based on allegations regarding recent arrests at a local apartment complex. C. Deliberation regarding Economic Development negotiations under Government Code Section 551.087 as follows: 1. Discuss or deliberate regarding commercial or financial information the City received from business projects the City body seeks to have locate in the City of Nacogdoches and with which the City is conducting economic development negotiations; and 2.
