Said parcel having an eastern boundary contiguous with a called 10.0 acre tract owned by Calvary Baptist Church as recorded in Volume 1231 Page 385 DRNCT, and the eastern boundary of the 6.03 acre tract, and a southern boundary contiguous with the north right-of-way of (Loop 224) N.E.
