Receive a presentation from the Texas Police Chiefs' Association by Chief Todd Hunter, Kilgore Police Department, regarding the successful completion of the TPCA Accreditation Program by the Nacogdoches Police Department. Consider approval of a contract by and between the City of Nacogdoches and Stolz Mechanical Contractors, LLC for the 2021 SWTP Filter 7 Rehabilitation Project in a not-to-exceed amount of $885,732.00. (Project Engineer).
Consider a resolution regarding the application of Centerpoint Energy Resources Corp., Beaumont/East Texas Division, to increase rates under the Gas Reliability Infrastructure Program; suspending Centerpoint’s proposed effective date for fortyfive days; and authorizing the City’s continued participation in a coalition of cities known as the "Alliance Of Centerpoint Municipalities.” (City Attorney)
Consider adopting a fee waiver policy to leverage the efforts of nonprofit agencies in improving the lives of the citizens of Nacogdoches in a fiscally responsible manner. (City Attorney)
