Consider approval of Resolution No. 1312-09-22 to amend the term of a Chapter 380 Economic Development Program agreement by and between the City of Nacogdoches and JBSC Development, LLC regarding the development of a residential subdivision. (Economic Development Director)
Consider ordinance ratifying and setting tax rate on all taxable property for tax year 2022 at a rate of $0.51851 per one hundred dollars ($100.00) valuation on all taxable property within the corporate limits of the City of Nacogdoches as of January 1, 2022, the said tax rate having a maintenance and operations component and a debt service component; and providing an effective date.
