6.A. Public Hearing: Hold a public hearing and receive citizen input on FY 2024-2025 Proposed Tax Rate (Interim Director of Finance)

6.B. Consider approval of an ordinance approving and adopting the annual budget for fiscal year beginning October 1, 2024 and ending September 30, 2025; providing that said expenditures for said fiscal year shall be made in accordance with said budget, unless otherwise authorized by an ordinance adopted by City Council; providing for a repeal clause; providing a severability clause; providing an effective date. 6.C. Consider an ordinance ratifying and setting tax rate on all taxable property for the tax year 2024 at a rate of $0.52877 per one hundred dollars ($100.00) valuation on all taxable property within the corporate limits of the City of Nacogdoches as of January 1, 2024, the said tax rate having a maintenance and operations component and a debt service component; and providing an effective date. (Interim Director of Finance)

6.D. Consider approval of multiple Indefinite Deliverable Indefinite Quantity contracts by and between the City of Nacogdoches and Hawkins, Inc. and SNF Polydyne, Inc. for various chemicals used in water and wastewater treatment in a not-to-exceed total budgeted amount of $225,000 (Director of Public Works).
